Just in time for the Royal Wedding, I got to plan another lovely tea party baby shower. Tea parties are back, and the more British, the better! The mum-to-be is British herself and wanted to stick with the classic afternoon tea time, finger sandwiches, scones, and crumpets. We completed the look with mix-and-match teacups and a tea bar. Check out the details below!

These adorable pink, gold, and white desserts were made by Marley's Treats.

Lovejoy's Tearoom in San Francisco has a great collection of teacups you can rent!

Lovejoy's also provided the food- aren't those displays to die for? Guests enjoyed fresh berries and melon, warm scones and crumpets, and five different tea sandwiches: smoked salmon & cream cheese, chicken-apple-walnut, roast beef & horseradish, mustard egg & onion, and cream cheese & green apple.

Don't forget the tea bar, complete with milk and sugar!

I wrapped two Tazo bags in wax bags, added a burlap ribbon, and cut custom labels for these sweet and useful party favors.

This was the activity area, complete with a "Wishes for Baby" activity and teacup succulents for game prizes.

The celebrity Price is Right game is always a hit, and harder than you think! Everyone also loved testing their knowledge of the mum-to-be and, when the answers were read, finding out some unexpected surprises about her.

The final touches! Paper goods provided by Paper Eskimo and confetti made by M Lovely Designs.

Check out the views from this Emeryville condo! This party was such a treat to throw.
